1. Account Registration

1.1. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your name, email address, and phone number.

1.2. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.

1.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

1.4. One account per person. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination.

1.5. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

2. Stream-to-Earn Reward System

2.1 How Rewards Work

NCplay rewards users with NCT (NCplay Token) for listening to music. Rewards are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum listen time — you must listen for a minimum duration (configurable by the platform) to qualify for a reward
• Audio must play — the audio must actually be playing and not muted
• Valid playback — playback positions must be sequential and consistent with actual listening
• No background manipulation — streams detected as background-manipulated are not rewarded
• Unique sessions — each listening session can only earn a reward once

2.2 Reward Tiers

Rewards vary based on your subscription tier:

Reward amounts are randomized within the stated range and multiplied by your track completion percentage. These values are subject to change at our discretion.

2.3 Daily Reward Pool

Each tier has a finite daily reward pool shared among all users of that tier. Once a tier's daily pool is exhausted, no further rewards are distributed for that tier until the next day (midnight UTC). Streams are still recorded but marked as unrewarded.

2.4 Earning Maturation

Rewards are not immediately available for withdrawal. Earned NCT enters a 24-hour maturation period ("pending" status). After maturation, earnings become "claimable" and can be withdrawn. We reserve the right to reverse pending earnings if suspicious activity is detected before maturation.

2.5 Track Cooldowns & Caps

• After earning from a specific track, there is a cooldown period before that same track can generate rewards for you again
• Each track has a global daily cap on rewarded streams — once reached, no users can earn from that track until the next day

2.6 Reward Adjustments

All reward parameters (amounts, caps, pools, cooldowns, minimums) are configurable and may be adjusted at any time without prior notice. An inflation decay rate may be applied to reward values over time.

3. Prohibited Activities & Fraud Detection

3.1 Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to generate streams
• Play music on mute or manipulate playback to artificially earn rewards
• Use multiple accounts on the same device ("device farming")
• Share devices across multiple accounts to accumulate rewards
• Loop the same sequence of songs repeatedly to exploit the reward system
• Manipulate or falsify playback data, session identifiers, or device identifiers
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent fraud detection mechanisms
• Use VPNs or proxies to misrepresent your location for reward manipulation

3.2 Automated Detection

We employ automated systems that monitor streaming activity for suspicious patterns, including but not limited to:

• Excessive daily streams exceeding platform thresholds
• Unrealistic listening hours (more than 20 hours in a 24-hour period)
• Repetitive patterns (the same sequence of 3 or more songs looping 3 or more times)
• Multi-device farming (one device used by more accounts than the platform threshold allows)

3.3 Consequences of Violations

If suspicious activity is detected:

1. Your account will be flagged and placed under review
2. All pending (unmatured) earnings will be reversed — you lose any NCT that has not yet matured
3. All future streaming rewards will be blocked until an administrator resolves the flag
4. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent account termination

We reserve the right to flag, suspend, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

4. Custodial Cryptocurrency Wallet

4.1 Wallet Creation

When you create an NCplay account, a custodial cryptocurrency wallet is automatically generated for you. This wallet supports Bitcoin (BTC) and BSC (BNB Smart Chain) tokens including BNB, USDT, and NCT.

4.2 Custodial Nature

Important: Your wallet is custodial. This means:

• We generate and hold the encrypted private keys and mnemonic phrases on your behalf
• You do not have direct access to your private keys or mnemonic phrase
• We manage your wallet's security through encryption
• You access your funds through the NCplay app interface

4.3 Supported Operations

• Deposits — receive BTC, BNB, USDT, or NCT to your wallet addresses (automatically detected)
• Withdrawals — send tokens to external wallet addresses (subject to gas fees and minimum withdrawal amounts)
• Swaps — exchange tokens via PancakeSwap V2 DEX (subject to slippage and gas fees)
• Earnings claims — withdraw matured NCT earnings to your custodial wallet

4.4 Transaction Finality

All blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain:

• It cannot be undone, reversed, or refunded
• We are not responsible for transactions sent to incorrect addresses
• We are not responsible for losses due to blockchain network issues, smart contract failures, or token price fluctuations

4.5 Fees

• Gas fees are required for BSC transactions (paid in BNB)
• Network fees apply to Bitcoin transactions
• Swap fees include DEX trading fees and slippage
• We do not charge additional platform fees for wallet operations at this time, but reserve the right to introduce fees with prior notice

4.6 No Financial Advice

NCplay is not a financial advisor, broker, or exchange. NCT and other supported tokens are not guaranteed to hold any particular value. You acknowledge that cryptocurrency values are volatile and you may lose some or all of your holdings.

5. Subscriptions

5.1 Plans

NCplay offers optional paid subscription tiers:

• Premium — enhanced earning rates and lower withdrawal minimums
• Premium+ — highest earning rates and no minimum withdrawal

5.2 Payment

• Subscriptions are paid in cryptocurrency (NCT or USDT) from your custodial wallet
• Payment is processed as an on-chain transaction to our designated wallet
• You must have sufficient token balance and BNB for gas fees

5.3 Duration & Expiry

• Subscriptions are for a fixed period and do not auto-renew
• When your subscription expires, your account reverts to the free tier
• Earned NCT during the subscription period remains in your account

5.4 No Refunds

Subscription payments are processed on the blockchain and are non-refundable. You acknowledge this before purchasing.

6. Referral Program

6.1. Each user receives a unique referral code upon registration.

6.2. When a referred user subscribes to a paid plan, the referrer earns a referral reward in NCT:

• Premium subscription referral: 1.0 NCT equivalent in USD
• Premium+ subscription referral: 1.0 NCT equivalent in USD

6.3. Referral rewards are initially in "pending" status and are credited automatically via a periodic process.

6.4. Abuse of the referral system (self-referral, fake accounts, etc.) will result in forfeiture of referral rewards and potential account termination.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

7.1. All music, artwork, and media available through NCplay are the property of their respective rights holders.

7.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream content for personal, non-commercial use.

7.3. You may not download, copy, redistribute, or publicly perform content from NCplay except as explicitly permitted by the app's download feature for offline personal use.

7.4. User-uploaded content (such as profile pictures) must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

8. Account Deletion

8.1. You may delete your account at any time through the app.

8.2. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. It will remove:

• Your profile and personal information
• All streaming history and earnings records
• Your custodial wallet data (encrypted keys and addresses)
• Playlists, library, follow relationships, and notifications
• Referral relationships and any associated rewards

8.3. Before deleting your account, we strongly recommend withdrawing any cryptocurrency balance or matured earnings. Funds remaining in your custodial wallet at the time of deletion will be permanently lost.

8.4. Blockchain transactions associated with your account remain on public ledgers and cannot be deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9.2. We are not liable for:

• Loss of cryptocurrency due to market volatility, blockchain failures, or smart contract issues
• Temporary service interruptions or downtime
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials
• Loss of data or earnings due to account suspension for Terms violations
• Actions of third-party services (blockchain networks, DEXs, RPC providers)

9.3. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to us in subscription fees in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Modifications to the Service & Terms

10.1. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including reward rates, subscription prices, and platform features.

10.2. We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notifications or email.

10.3. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
